- Take one Cialis tablet at least 30 minutes before sex. It lasts up to 36 hours.
- Take one Spedra tablet 15-30 minutes before sex. It lasts up to four hours.
Each treatment in this erectile dysfunction starter kit comes with full instructions on how to use it. But here are a few important points:
- The ED combo pack is designed to let you try one at a time. So never take more than one tablet within 24 hours or mix the treatments within the pack.
- Avoid drinking more than 1-2 units of alcohol with any of the treatments as this can limit their effectiveness.
- Don’t drink grapefruit juice for 24 hours before taking Spedra.

There are some side effects that only every 1 to 10 in 1000 men will experience, these include facial flushing, headache, light-headedness, a stuffy nose, blurred vision, a racing heartbeat (palpitations), and indigestion.

You’ll need to take a tablet between 15 minutes and one hour before sex, depending on the treatment.

Sildenafil, Cialis and Spedra don’t have an aphrodisiac effect or increase the intensity of sexual desire. You need to be sexually aroused for them to work.

The three treatments in this pack come in a standard strength or dose that works for most men. A lower or higher dose of each may suit you better, depending on your age, height, weight, and the cause or severity of your ED. The dosage doesn’t affect how quickly the treatment works or how long it lasts.

ED comb pack drug interactions
It’s not safe to take these ED treatments if you’re already taking certain other medications. These include:
- Nicorandil or nitrates, such as GTN spray
- Isosorbide mononitrate tablets, which are used to treat angina
If you’re taking alpha-blockers like doxazosin or tamsulosin, our GPs won’t be able to prescribe the ED trial pack as you can’t take these with Cialis. You could try sildenafil, Spedra or vardenafil instead, as all are safe to take 6 hours after your dose of alpha-blockers.
So, we can prescribe the ED trial pack safely, you’ll need to let us know which prescription and over-the-counter medicines or recreational drugs you’re taking regularly.
